No Bottle Shampoo!?

During the winter months my scalp seems to give me the biggest trouble… no matter what I do it itches constantly! I know a lot of the cause is due to the cold weather and running our heat in the house… Either way I began to wonder if maybe the chemicals in my shampoo were contributing to its condition.

I decided to check on etsy for a natural shampoo… and came across a “NO BOTTLE” Vegan Shampoo and conditioner set. I was immediately intrigued.

I have been using the shampoo/conditioner bars for over a week now and must say I am pleasantly surprised. I was one who tried the “going poo (aka shampoo) free” and just using baking soda to rinse with… but really missed the joy of lather… and feel of a shampooed head. These bars are a great in between option for those who don’t want harsh chemicals found in most shampoos… but still want some sort of natural lathered wash.

My hair has been wonderfully soft and has a great shine since using these bars. I would have to say my only CON to this type of shampoo is traveling with it… its not the most “convenient” to travel with since its not in a bottle and its rather large bars… but besides that I look forward to each use.
