Dick’s Sporting Goods Grand Giveaway

Dick’s Sporting Goods has been our family’s go-to place for anything sports related from the time we had kids. In fact, our daughter was mere months old when we found ourselves at Dick’s looking for the perfect ball. We ended up with a hot pink tennis-ball sized street ball. We still have it, fourteen years later. She loved it.

The kids (and I include the husband here) enjoy soccer, golf, basketball, football and various other sports that Dick’s supplies us for like air hockey pucks and dart tips. Truly, there’s little that you can’t get at that mega sports store. My husband exclusively shops for shoes at Dick’s. He works at a hospital and is on his feet all day long, so athletic shoes seem like the smartest choice.

They carry exercise equipment, clothing (some really cute stuff, too), bikes, skates of all kinds, golf equipment, winter sport gear, water sport gear, things for the rec room to keep the kids entertained on winter evenings, hunting, fishing and camping gear as well as equipment for all the major ball sports. One of my favorite sections is the backyard where I can check out hammocks and fire pits.
