I saw the preview for this movie a few months back and knew that it was a must-see. When you cry through a two minute clip you know the full length version is going to be good. I am not a fan of showing my sentimental side, but thanks to my fourth pregnancy and lingering hormones (the baby was delivered six years ago) it’s now my lot in life now.
In order to brace myself for what the movie surely must tell, I figured it would be a good idea to read the book that it was based on beforehand. I’m so glad that I did, what an awesome book! I don’t want to give any spoilers here, so I wont’ tell you what happens, but suffice it to say that the book is a keeper for me and I highly recommend it to you as well.
Because I liked the book so much, I got others from the same author. Jodi Picoult is talented and riveting, and is fast becoming one of my favorite new authors.

This was an amazing book, so much so, that while I don't want to be entered into the giveaway, I do want to say that the rest of Picoult's books are just as heartwrenching.
Oh, and my mom gave this one for me to read three days after my daughter was born. I felt so much guilt over no cord blood banking and had horrible hypochondria over her so much so our pediatrician would laugh at me when I called!
